We went in and the first thing I noticed was a snake, about the size of a large banana, slithering at us. I hollered to an employee but they could not corral it. We were scared. My daughter pooped herself and she is far too old (17) to normally do that. Poor job plowing the parking lot too.

Just went to this location today and the lady with dark hair, working in the fragrance department, lost you a sale. When going to pay for our one item she said it was ringing up as zero dollars, but if we bought the $100+ item we had previously been looking at, she could throw it in for free. We declined and she blamed the new employees for not properly entering an item number and could not sell the product because it wasn't in the system and offered nothing else. I always buy from this location, but not after today. Sorry our purchase wasn't enough for a commission.

The sales ladies were awesome and very helpful. I can't remember the first ladies name but she was at some management position. She opened me a new account. Then when I was checking out Diana helped me. I was having a lot of back pain/leg pain. She was. Very proffectional and sympathetic at the same time. Diana certainly is an enormous asset to your store.

Way too expensive! Didn’t want to help me use my Macy’s bucks, just tried to pressure me into getting a credit card after I said no 3 times.
