Where am i supposed to wait while the wife is spending an hour here? Some chairs at the front would be nice. The only seating available is by the dressing rooms so you look like a weirdo.

The clothes are good, but the service here sucks. I was there for at least twenty minutes complaining about how I couldn't find my size while all 3 sales reps stood behind the desk talking to each other. Finally I waited to get a waiting room, and still nobody helped me. Not once did anyone offer to help me. If there is only one person in your store and 3 people working, there is no reason for that person not to be helped. I left without buying anything.

I really love the clothes you have. Friday September 25th, while walking past I decided to go in, I had purchased two pair of jeans and some shoes last year. So Friday I went in no one would help me. No big deal, went to some other shops then came back because a cute black top and a dress I wanted to try on. Second time went in and walked around finally found an employee, My husband asked "My wife would like to try these things on" We showed her the top and the dress which were on manicans. She just pointed to the back of the store and said it is by the skirts? Ok So we proceeded to the end of the store looking for skirts. After about 15 minutes I tried to find another person. They were so rude. It was like they did not care wether or not I wanted anything. Left the store frustrated!! O One more time went in tracked down another girl working there. Showed her what I wanted to try on and yet again was told to go toward the end of the store and they should be on the left side. I am sorry but I ended up leaving walking across the street and spentover 300.00 on their clothing because they were actually nice helped me find everything I wanted and even showed me to the dressing room and kept checking to see if I needed anything. What service from Victoria's Secret. REALLY WISH YOUR STORE WAS LIKE THAT I REALLY WANTED TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS. OH WELL. I GUESS YOUIR PATRONS ARE NOT THAT IMPORTANT TO YOUR STAFF. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish the girl that had helped me few years or a year ago was still there, she was so helpful with my purchases. All I can say is you must be loosing business because your employees are so rude and do not want to move or show you were certain items are. Really, come on is it that hard?

I love the clothes there but the sucks thing is that they clothes @ 8 and other stores close at 9 I hate that!
