I bought a new suit this week. When I got it home both sleeves stitches were ripped. I took it back and asked for them to exchange the jacket since they had the exact same one in Stock. The manager refused to allow me to exchange it. He wanted me to wait until his tailer got in, then leave it so they could fix it. It was a brand new suit I had never even had a chance to wear. I have bought all of my shirts and several suits from them for the past 20 years and this is how they treat me. If that is the way they treat thier customers count me out from now on. That is terrible customer service!

Read other reviews before stepping in that store.
 Manager ERV  As someone else said in reviews, is passive aggressive to the point of being rude. Tells clients not to interrupt him while he
 is talking !!!!!!!   Makes person buying items feel  as if they are ignorant, I was shopping with family that had masters degrees and PHD's...
Other salesperson "Tim" is the opposite. quite nice ,but this bully manager ERV is a reason to stay away and makes an unexperienced or younger client feel unwelcome. Who wants to be bullied when spending over one thousand dollars in less than one hour!
  Any other stores where I shop with  my sons and other males in my family for nice suits makes it a nice shopping experience.

Great service, I guess it really depends on the associate that comes to work with you. Was welcomed quickly after I walked in and I felt very comfortable and happy with my purchase. I did not feel rushed and rather was allowed to take my time.

This was Hands down one of the WORST places I have ever been in my life. Manager Erv completely dropped the ball in every way possible FOR MY WEDDING!!!! Erv did all the measurements and most were wrong and gave the groomsmen the wrong color vests and ties (half showed up with the wrong color and either a tie or bow tie). My brothers coming in from different states had the wrong attire because he put it in the computer wrong and tried to say he did nothing wrong. I spent $3500 on a photographer to have no groom/groomsman pictures because I Was on the phone with a Baltimore branch to just get plain bow ties so we can all match. The manager Erv almost ruined my wedding day due to the stress put on my wife seeing the wrong tuxes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER ENTERING THIS BRANCH!!! And if you do and the old man Erv wants to help you leave. BTW he doesn't know how to work a computer and took hours to ring up 5 people.

Saw very few reviews but most of them negative. Just came out of store and felt compelled to write. Woman who assisted me was very helpful. I went in looking for a shirt. She helped me pick out a shirt quickly and without pressure. I didn't take her up on it but she even offered to steam it for me because I'm traveling. Very satisfied.
