I have been taking my alterations to Yung's for several years now, and they did an exceptional job every time. However the last time, they charged an exorbitant price for taking in the hem on a skirt, literally the price I had paid for the skirt. I will need to look for a new tailor. I am giving them 3 stars for past service only.

Recently a new owner took over. If I could give 0 stars I would. They did an awful job, I could have done myself much better, and they dare to charge for their horrible job. Stay away from this business. Spare yourself a hard time.

Yung's Dressmaking always does a great job.  I've been using their service for at least 10 years, mostly for prom and bridesmaid dresses for my daughter.  Yung's recently did the alterations for my Mother of the Groom dress and it fit perfectly.

I have been doing business with Yung's for about 13 years. I have never found a better place for my tailoring. I'm big time shopper in NYC and have brought them the most complex problems to resolve. I buy expensive limited edition designer clothes with special designs, rips, tears, patches, etc., that sometimes need to be duplicated in the alteration process and you'd never know that everything wasn't original after they finished. They've even altered leather goods with complicated leather stitching. Over the years I have never returned a single item or even tried on a piece before leaving. They do great work and also are very friendly and easy to work with. They have worked on well over 100 pieces for me over the years.

I would not recommend utilizing them. I dropped off pants to be hemmed on a Monday for Thursday pickup. When I arrived Friday my pants  had not been touched. I was told they forgot about my pants. Poor customer service with no professionalism
