I'm a mom of 2..this morning, I dropped my 5 year old at camp and then checked what time this particular store opened since it was closest to me...it said 10 am...i showed up with my 6 month old at 10:30...the store was dark and door was locked...shopped around at target for a bit figuring they were running a little late...came back at 11:15...still locked...left to go home since now it was nap time for LO...called just to see when I was almost home..11:45...the girl who answered was very rude and said the one who was supposed to open was in a car accident..i decided to go back as the baby had slept a little in the car...store was hot, sales lady rude and not at all helpful...in other stores, the sales people are very helpful, ask what you're looking for, help every step of the way...i felt ignored and when I asked for help she never even left from behind the desk...finally i went to try some things on...super hot...given the smallest dressing room even though i had a large stroller...baby started screaming...needless to say, I left all in the dressing room and left...worst experience at a torrid I've ever had and i will NEVER go back here...sorry Torrid! I love you but this store sucks!!

I came into torrid to check out the place, I always heard good things about them; and now I have been to this store 3 times in 2 weeks! They're amazing and so kind! Kendra is always willing to help me! I wish I remembered the other 2 girls names but all 3 of them helped me pick out an outfit for my interview and helped me figured out what went better what what I had planned. They even helped me with picking the right size. Wonderful job girls! 😊👍🏻

i love torrid! let me begin with that. 

This store however is a goddam NIGHTMARE. i ordered a package, and had it shipped to store. When i got thw alert that it had arrived, i drove to the store to go get it. The girl at the counter, first wasnt even bothered to get off her cell phone (sitting on a clothing display) to address me when i came in and stood at the register, finally acknowledges me and goes in search of my package. I wait. She comes back with it. But its not my entire shipment. Fair and fine. I say i will come back for it. Days go by. I call to find out about the rest of my package which literally says delivered on ups, and has been saying so for the last 4 days, and i kid you not, twice the girl on the phone HUNG UP before i had finished asking all my questions. So unprofessional. Waste of time. And the clothing is not worth the incompetence at this store.

Great Customer Service. Allison was very helpful and engaging. She made this experience on to remember. Thanks again Allison for looking up merchandise online and help me purchase them much appreciative.....

It was always 5stars until a girl named Allison came to be in there.
Torrid ladies always went out of their way to help you and know their merchandise.
I asked specifically what they had (gave descriptions on what type of shirt I needed) this girl didnt want to move her butt but 5 feet to help. And the store was empty not even a person so she was not busy.
I prefer the employees who suggest items and go to the rack with you to help. Please bring back those ladies. People buy more when they have someone who knows their products. Will go back to Lane Bryant if those type employees work there. Disappointed indeed.
