I'm not the shopping type and wasn't really sure what I was looking for and really didn't want to be there. I needed a suit for my wedding. The sales man, Micheal G. was very helpful and patient even with me changing my mind several times. He made spending a grand and a half relatively painless.

The balding guy there isn't very nice at all. A pretty bad rep for Jos A Bank. They should reconsider. Pretty rude and snobby. I'm still unsure why.

Wanted to purchase some breeches for my suit.  After a VERY perfunctory greeting and a very curt advisement that I was in the wrong section (formal wear vs. everyday wear) I was abandoned for another customer while the other associate went back to stocking and ignoring (we were the only two in there store at the time.)

I generally got the impression that my presence in the store was not appreciated, so I left and gave the sale to Men's Warehouse.

Expected better and will not darken the doorstep again.  I may not spend much on business attire (as a police officer I tend to wear something else for work) but I will NOT be spending what I do need at Jos. A. Banks.

I've stopped in at Jos. A. Bank, Laurel Park Place, 37674 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152 before with emergencies needing a shirt or tie and they've always been extremely helpful.
