Wonderful customer service in the shoe department! Had never bought shoes there before, but went there for a cyber Monday sale. The worker that helped me was Mike, and he was very attentive and knowledgable. I ended up getting a very cute pair of $90 boots for only $30, and he helped give me suggestions for a type of boot that I was trying to get for my sister. I left very happy. Thanks Mike!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today on Thanksgiving at the Livonia store. I went to the store right when it opened, and it was very busy as expected however that does not mean that the customer service should suffer. After spending an hour trying to get all of my stuff I then proceeded to get in the long slow moving check out line. At this point, I had no complaints because again I expected it to be busy. I waited an hour for my turn and was then unable to purchase all of the items in my bag which makes me extremely angry. One of the items that I had picked up apparently did not have a tag on it. Instead of looking in the ad for the price because it was a door-buster I was told by the very unhelpful worker that I would have to get out of line go back downstairs find another pair of those jeans then get back in another 1-hour line to purchase them which is not acceptable at all. I had already waited my turn, and it was not my fault that a tag had not been put on the items before they were put out on the store floor. I asked what she could do to help me such as calling the department and again I was told no and then was asked if I wanted the jeans back to get out of line which I said no because I had to be at Thanksgiving dinner. I needed these for Christmas, and I honestly am so unhappy that I do not know if I will ever shop here again especially since the same thing has happened to my mother. I hope that there is some way to fix this situation and that the customer service improves at this location. I have worked several years in customer service, and I am very disappointed in her behavior. I get that it was busy, but you still don't treat your customers that way.

Was in line to check out and I saw this senior have some trouble checking out with his coupon which led the cashier to act in a more aggressive manner, very unprofessional and terrible for business, your gonna have to step up the customer service to avoid the fall of retail. I Believe the cashier’s name was jaquetta. But there was a nice older gentleman working who’s name was Robert, he was great and was respectful to customers and did everything to help them. He needs a raise.

Easy access from the parking lot to automatic doors so that handicap can enter without struggle the Isles a little close but it's also easy accessible to the elevators

Good deals everytime with your coupons. Wish they have more selection of handbags like Kate Spade maybe.
