They have great quality suites, but because they are one of the two places to rent suites for a wedding they are not the best. We had 7 groomsmen in our wedding and the only one that didn't get his suite on time was my soon-to-be husband.. WRONG person of the group to mess up. Luckily, they covered the cost of the suite for my now husband, but the stress of not having a suite for the groom the day before the wedding is why I gave them only 2 stars.

Got all of my wedding attire here. Alex Moore is the store manager and he is awesome. He set it up so that he could check and make sure that all my groomsmen matched and stayed on top of everything throughout the process.

Bought several suits here, great price, fair quality. They have not held up well over the years. But I stopped going to Bank's because of their over-the-top and unrelenting marketing. Not just ludicrous  email bombardment, but repeated calls to my cell phone, even after I told them to stop. If you must shop here, do so under an alias.

We came in really close to closing time, but Mike was nice and helped us out- it was a wonderful customer experience and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
