If you don’t mind being treated like an incompetent patron while trying to have a relaxing experience, then feel free to get your nails done here, but I wouldn’t suggest this salon to anyone I know. First, the man who was supposed to be doing my nails sat me down at a ridiculously filthy nail table. He took out his unclean tools from a dirty plastic box, and proceeded to text on his phone while I was just sitting there next to my friend who was also getting her nails done. Then, when the woman doing my friend’s nails told her to do something that she didn’t understand due to the woman’s accent (which obviously isn’t her fault, I understand having a language barrier), my guy very rudely said, “WASH YOUR HANDS,” and proceeded to roll his eyes like we were foolish to not know what to do. I will not be returning here, and advise others to take there money someplace that prides themselves on making their customers feel welcome, relaxed, and competent.

Worst nail experience in my life. It's dirty in there. They find every opportunity to charge extra, even by purposely breaking your nail so they can charge you the 2 dollars to fix it! I was so upset I went home and tried to fix them but they were so terrible looking I just took them off. Careless work. They could've looked nice if she has actually put the right tips on and filed them all one shape instead of a different shape on each nail. I will NEVER come back. I will go all the way into Rochester if I have to.
