I brought in a picture of the style cut that I wanted. It was like a layered inverted bob, just not as short. Instead of doing it simililar to the picture, she did her own thing. Never even combed out my hair the whole way, just started cutting. I then mentioned that my hair was all completely 1 length. All the stylist said was "well that's not your hair in the picture. It won't look like that." And she dropped it at that. As my hair dried...I only have layers on one side of my head...I am highly annoyed. Not like I don't have to be around people. My career is around a lot of people...now I have to find someone to see of they can fix this issue without ruining it more!! I will never recommend this salon nor will I return.

While we dont go here for dying and complicated highlights etc this is an excellent place for a nice haircut for kids and adults, they do decent female styles and I have never had a bad cut myself. Recommend especially if you need more than one cut when all the other places are closed..... The hours of operation are awesome!

By far the worst place I've ever gone to get my hair done. I needed color correction and highlights as well as a cut. The back of my hair was shorter than the front, the left side was longer than the right and my roots were copper and the rest of my hair was brown. Cost me $100! Awful!

I've been a fan of SmartStyle for years. Libby is my favorite stylist so far because of the quality of her cuts. I'm definitely going back again.
