Shop was filthy. Person who did my nails was nice enough but didn’t do a good job. Tools were not sterilized. The chairs were ripped and falling apart. The manicure table had grit on it from previous customer. The lights to dry my gel manicure was dirty and sticky. I won’t go back.

I had a terrible experience there and will never, ever return. I received a full set of acrylic nails when I asked for gel polish, the shop is dirty and run-down looking, service was awful... like really awful. I waited over a half hour for my service while three employees sat around on their cell phones. When I finally got my nails done, the lady used a dirty file and CUT MY CUTICLES with her excessive filing till I was bleeding, and gave no apologies. Disgusting. The end result? A rushed, over-priced set of acrylic nails full of bubbles. Terrible quality work I paid over $40 for.

Absolutely horrible! Nail tech never said hello, kept telling me over and over I let my nails go to long. She was rough with my nails, my nails are sensitive,, flung my hands around and was too much in a hurry to get to her pedicure.
