I have a handful of policies with Josh and his team. Whenever I need something, I can call his office and easily get a real person on the phone to address any question I have. Most insurance agents will punt you into a call center where it takes at least 15 minutes to reach someone, so the fact Josh and his team provide this service directly is huge. He's also very thorough and good at explaining differences in policy coverages which sets himself apart from the cut rate insurance companies. I can't recommend him enough!

I always deal of Agnes so far she's been the best agent and I have so far.very professional but the bottom line is she always gives me great quotes on the car insurance so I'm insuredand happy to recommend her to everybody.thank you Agnes for your hard work and a beating everybody else's " qota.

Josh's staff is awesome! I have my home and auto insurance and auto loan through them. Even though I live across from St Louis, I definitely recommend them. They are very timely and efficient. Great staff you have Josh!

I have been a client of Josh Brown State Farm for five years now and have always received exceptional service from both Josh and his team.  Josh goes out of his way to share his industry knowledge and ensure that the client is educated and confident in all decisions being made.  This was especially helpful for me when discussing and eventually deciding on financial planning for the future.  My questions are always answered promptly and efficiently, and his staff is there to make the client experience easy and pleasant.  I would absolutely recommend working with Josh Brown and his team.

So I have had Josh as my agent since I graduated college. Not only has the service been exceptional every time I have had an issue but the response of said service has been much quicker than anticipated or just immediately taken care of on the spot. 
I have purchased two cars with Josh and with no notice at all while at the dealership Josh immediately  dropped what he was doing to personally make a temporary insurance card for me because no one else was available to do so in the office at the time (late afternoon on a Saturday). This is the type of service you come to expect when dealing with Josh brown State Farm 
Buying a car, placing a claim, investing your hard earned money are all stressful things in your life, you'll be glad Josh and his team are behind you every step of the way.
