Home style Pacific Northwest family restaurant!! open EVERY day at 6 a.m. winter hours restaurant closes at 9 and Lounge at 10 p.m. Or later if rocking!

Story

We serve a wide variety of foods, including seafood, pastas, burgers, steaks, and even food for vegitarians. Unlike many restaurants, we serve breakfast all day. Mondays and Wednesdays we do an All-You-Can-Eat Fish N' Chips. We also deliver to the Super 8 Motel and the Best Western Motel.

Our lounge is open until around midnight to 1:00 A.M. and has a nice selection of drink choices.

We have been dining at Joshua's for years. We always get their fish and chips which are the best we have found on the peninsula. The small plate is $13 and the large one is $15. Both plates are very generous. In fact, we usually order one large plate and split it between the two of us. They also have a fish and chips special on Wednesdays and Sundays for all - you - can - eat. Tonight we each got a small plate and had enough left over for lunch tomorrow. That said, the atmosphere  leaves something to be desired. In fact while we waited for dinner tonight (a much longer wait than usual - but it was Valentine's Day) we talked about how, with a very small amount of money, they could vastly improve the ambiance. The wait staff is friendly, but their choices of "uniforms" sometimes makes me scratch my head wondering what they are thinking. I guess anything goes in that department. All in all it's a good choice for good food, a small salad bar and luscious desserts.

Friendly and cozy. The server was pleasant. The food was better than expected. Large portions and reasonable prices. And real brewed ice tea! I was surprised. We literally stumbled on the place when on a destinationless road trip. We will be back.

There was an event in the next room so they said it would be a bit of wait for food, but I didn't think it was a long wait. The service was polite and fast. I had crab and shrimp fettucini, which was delicious. I should have ordered the smaller because the large was too much.. portion is very large. It was delicious. I believe the crab was fresh not sure about shrimp. We ordered hot buttered rums which were very strong! I couldn't finish mine because it had so much alcohol, but it was tasty. They serve sweet potatoes fries which my daughter was excited about since they are hard to find. Son said his fish and chips fish was good but tartar sauce was bland and sweet. Son in law said his liver and onions were best he's had.

Great local place. Good fish & chips. Generous portions. Friendly people. Will definitely go back!

Had soup and salad. Can't remember but the food quality was great and the waitress took care of my food 2go!
