I've been sitting in the drive thru for 29 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. Hands down, this is the worst fast food place I've been to in my life.

Got there last night right at 10pm they just closed, so we decided to go through the drive thru, it took over 50 min ,are you friggin kidding me???... For 2 nochos???
Trapped in the drive thru, they should have an exit lane so you don't have to put up with that BS....
But i just don't care, I'll never be back again....
To bad I have to even give you a star on the rating.

Literally the worst drive thru experience I've ever had. We had to repeat our order three times because the employee was not listening. She didn't apologize for not listening or paying attention. Just said "what was that one more time" twice.  Then we proceeded to wait 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of us while it appeared the employee was chit chatting with another employee.  I'm all for being patient if there is some humble customer service and it appears someone is attempting to do their job well. This experience however was terrible.

I spent 15 min in the drive thru waiting to get to the window. I finally get up there and the associate tells me she never put in my order because she forgot what I ordered. I then had to wait ten more minutes to get my food. I wasted my entire lunch half hour waiting for my food. I open my burrito and it was wrapped half assed and sauce is leaking everywhere. This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to, it always takes forever to get your food and you never know if your order will actually be correct.I was never given a receipt so I cannot o their customer survey.
