They sat on my ring for a month and never contacted me to say it was completed. Went to pick it up and they refused to give me my repair paperwork back with my ring. Would not recommend

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Worst customer service especially from the store manager Katie! The product has zero quality or value and they do not stand behind their products at all. Bring your hard earned money to a real jeweler, don't waste it here!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could ..whoever is there in the evening store hrs manager on 3/28/17 is not only rude but unwelcoming and gives the store a very bad name. She acted like she did not want to be on the phone and out right lied about store policy's. Iv always shopped with Kays but I will NEVER go back to this store itself with managers like her running it. I do plan to get her name and make a formal complant.

I loved the ring my boyfriend got for me, at first. He bought the ring for me in February, and then in April it broke. So we brought it in to get fixed. Two weeks later and it's back. All was fine and the ring looked back to normal. Well fast forward a few months and in August it broke again (same place). So we sent it out and THEEE weeks later I finally got it back. Only this time it didn't look right. Some of the diamonds in the halo were BLACK. We ended up going back to the store that night we picked it up and asked them about. I believe her name was Morgan tried to clean it there and it didn't really work. After that she basically either told me I could send it out AGAIN or deal with it. I was like i just got it back, out of the 6 months I've owned it, it's been in your shop for almost 2 months of it!! So I took it home. I picked it up on Mondya, and today (Wednesday) when I woke up MY FINGER WAS GREEN AND THE BAND WAS TARNISHED!!!!!!!! They better make this right. Or I will NEVER buy from here again.
