Great store, friendly staff awesome atmosphere and the shoes are something I'm never disappointed in. The manager and assistant manager are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went to great lengths to make sure I could get the shoes I wanted. Also if you straight up tell someone in a store they work at that you are just going to order the same thing online instead of in the store (which you get free shipping on if you order in the store) you are pretty much asking for people to hate you. People like that end up making malls like the one this store is in a "mall that you will no longer be shopping at". Because you're killing their business and being pretty rude about doing it too. Also that one person with the Hello Kitty profile picture can't spell so I don't even think trying to decipher that mess of a review is worth the time. Honestly would have thought they were some uneducated child but they claim to have a child themselves and obviously don't know how to read the terms for a return on the receipt or they would have not had any issue in the first place. All I can do is feel sorry for the kid they have at this point.

Just left Journeys and am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service. The young male that attempted to wait on me was very rude. This is the second time I’ve visited a Journeys recently and they didn’t have my size. When I voiced this to the employee he was sarcastic at best. When I said I didn’t want to order them from the store, that I’d go online and look for them, he was again rude and wished me luck. Unfortunately, this mall has started to become a mall that I no longer will be shopping at. UTC will get my business from now on.

Definitely not returning to this store. I had but two pair of shoes at journeys kids but my son shoes was small since they did not caring that style i decided to return the item. I was told i could not get my orginal reciept back since i made that one return. The second will be a gift so i needed the reciept incase i run into the same problem on the 2nd pair. They denied returning my orginal reciept. You are better off just sending a copy to your email... what they going to do take my email reciept away too? Lol what a dispointment! I understand if i purchase one item but i had other purchases on that reciept i should have just returned everything and purchase the shoes through vans.

Journeys #1156 is the place to be! Employees are nice and helpful! They always have a smile on their face and are really friendly. The store is always kept up and clean. No other Journeys in SRQ is like this one!
