Decent selection. Good sales. Shop here sometimes if zumiez don't have what I want.

We tried returning a pair of mismates at this location that we purchased from a different location.  The manager Isaac was rude and unwilling to make an exchange. He argued with us saying that he did not want the inventory to be off. Another female employee involved herself and insulted me and my mother?  At one point she said that I'm a piece.....and I should zip it. Finally another male employee exchanged the shoes but the verbal insults continued the whole time.My husband and I explained that we live nearby and was inconvient to track back to the other location. They have horrible customer service and the insults were offensive. I would have given negative stars but it's not an option.
