Let me start first by saying that there were 4 of us trying to purchase converses for a wedding, and there were 4 employees working at the time. Only 1 helped us, and the other 3 leaned against the counter staring out the store while this poor guy ran back and forth trying to help us. I think the others may have helped 1 other customer the entire hour we were in there.

Here's the BIG problem- The blonde with the big gauged earrings said she had been on the phone with the manager about a pair of missing shoes and that we were not allowed to leave the store until they were found. First of all, ANYONE could have taken the shoes, and neither myself nor my friend had a purse big enough to put a box of shoes in. Second of all, the gauged girlie thought she would be smart on our way out yelling "BYE GUYS!! HAVE A NICE DAY!!" with this worst attitude. Completely unnecessary. We purchased 6 pairs of converses on that's how we are treated? Clearly that little girl has no concept of the word "respect' so I highly recommend seeking a different Journeys. Unless you would like to be treated like crap and held hostage while they blame you for stealing shoes that were right in front of their faces the entire time... (sitting on the register).
