Went here today to help my father in law find dress pants.  There was only one salesperson working. Since he was already helping someone,  I figured he would eventually check in with us and offer some assistance.  Instead, he helped people who came in after us. After several failed attempts to gain his attention and find a suitable product, we decided to leave empty handed.  Talk about a  complete absence of customer service.  Expect to be ignored by an older white gentleman wearing glasses if you shop here. Ironic considering I am a professional (doctor) and always well dressed. Epic fail sir!

Went there for my son for graduation... he wanted a vest and tie when we picked up vest it was too small and they could not get another one. All this because the sales rep. Didn't feel like working that day

Bought 2 suits last Tuesday. The gentleman who sold me the suits said to come back the following Monday to pick them up after being hemmed and having a permanent crease put in. I show up Monday around 6 o'clock and they're not ready yet. A different, older, clearly flustered salesmen told me that I wasn't supposed to come back until atleast 8 o'clock, however when I walked into the store I was the only customer in there and it wasn't busy whatsoever. On top of that, there is a crease in one of the bottoms of one set of pants that won't come out because there's a stitch running through it. Overall, I started out with great customer service when buying my suits last Tuesday, but after my experience picking them up last night, I won't be back to this location and will have to look for a new suit supplier. Sad!

Rented a tux here today. I won't a actually get the tux for a couple of weeks, but was very happy with the service I received as well as the price. Much better than my last experience at Men Wearhouse.
