Great place for kids' shoes!! Staff is friendly and helpful!

Shoes didn't have price tags (at least the ones we were looking at). We paid the amount the seller told us. When we got home and looked the website for other models (store didn't have the size we needed) we found out the shoes we had just bought were on sale for a half price and we were charged the full price. The shoes are still unused but I'm so frustrated that can't even think of coming back to that store to return them or argue and get a refund. Contacted customer service and was told it's a privately owned store and it's not connected to the company. Any way, be careful at the check out!

The customer service is top notch here.  The owner is so nice and so patient with the children who come to get fitted for shoes.  Could you find shoes cheaper somewhere else? Sure, but you won't get the quality shoes, expert fittings, and knowledge and comes from this little shop!

Great lightweight shoes for your little ones. The assistant manager was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed for our toddler. The shoes can be pricey, but worth every penny.
