Another good kids shoes store. The staff are very helpful as usual and the selection is great, but the inventory can be low on popular items. Staff can order item for pickup or delivery as your wish.
It's a pretty weird store things are kinda here an there but my son & grandson however loved their plush Sonic backpack from this store

The white manager is very rude and unprofessional she does not how to treat customers she does not need to be in the position she is in
This was the most ignorant sales staff they were all talking and not paying attention I even had to ask for a bag and a reciept I will never shop there again. It was the most horrible experience they just totally ignored me. If I was the store manger I would have fired them. They have no customer appreciation at all.
Really great service ! Called in for specific style and size, an associate placed them on hold for me. All i had to do was give them my name and my items were waiting for me ! In & out very quickly
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!!!!, I CAME IN THE STORE AND ORDERED SHOES, I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF MY SHOES BEING ON BACK ORDER. WHEN I CALLED I GOT THE RUN AROUND FOR 3WKS . THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH OUT THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! IF I WASN'T FORCED TO GIVE A STAR , I WOULD NOT HAVE! THEY GET ZEROOOOOOO STARS!!! Here it is 12/17/2020 and I still have not received my refund! just thought I would give the people an update abou how unprofessional this company is.I purchased shoes that was on backorder 11/21/202O. DAMN RIDICULOUS!!!
The women were super helpful and gave stickers to my kids even though we didn't buy anything. Would definitely go back. Great styles.
