Torrid has clothing/lingerie for every size lady up to 4 or 5X. Clerk personalized a dressing room for me. The sale items were an additional 20 to 50% off among other sales. Lingerie is beautiful. Couldn't have shopped at a better time.
Love the atmosphere and staff here. I've been to Torrids all over the southwest and I've had the best experiences at this store. They carry sizes 10-30. If you like something, just try it on. It can be pricey, but I really love the pants, leggings, skirts, dresses, and shoes and they're worth the price for fit and longevity.
I normally love this store but recently I went at 3:30 pm on a Tuesday to pick up an order and they were closed. Every day since, I've called their store during business hours and no one answers. I just want to pick up my order and make sure my order doesn't get canceled. I don't want to drive over if the store is closed when it is listed as open.
Went shopping before Christmas and the service was fantastic! However, they did not have my size available and I had to order several items. Two weeks later, the items STILL have not arrived and Customer Service says, oh they just shipped 2 days ago, even though it says still processing online. So if I'd wanted to order more of the same items during the sale, after confirming fit, I can't now. And I won't pay the non sale ridiculous prices.
The girls are friendly and really helpful in many ways! The store didn't have my size in a item that I wanted and they helped me order it online. I always find something great from dress down to dress up!
Excellent experience shopping every time! Clearance section has great pieces at affordable prices, store promotes a very positive vibe, and I always hear someone tell a stranger how cute they look when I'm there! It's surreal almost, but in the greatest way.
My wife loves Torrid, has a super great selection of all cute types of clothing! They always have good deals on line as well. Friendly service, and not too busy at middle part of the day. I highly recommend this clothing store, this store is moderately expensive
Super helpful and friendly staff! The ladies working today 5/26 were a joy to work with. Helped one on one to be sure lingerie fit as needed. Great selection of clothes. Pleasant atmosphere!
This place was absolutely amazing! The staff helped so much. I absolutely hate clothes shopping for clothes and Torrids environment made it so easy. I was able to try on multiple.pieces to see what I really liked. 5/5 will absolutely return
I absolutely love this store! They staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help you! The dressing rooms are cleaned for each use and the store is well organized! I love coming to this place!
