I ordered online for delivery at 11:49. They sent me a confirmation that my food would arrive at 12:45. Thirty minutes after I ordered, the call me telling me they have no spring rolls, so I get egg rolls instead. At 1:04, I get telling me my food was there. My phone was on silent, so I didn’t read the text until 1:08. I walk right out to lobby to get my food, and the delivery guy is giving me a death stare. As I approach him to sign for my food he actually yells at me, “We too busy! We too busy for this.” The food 20 minutes late, and he was yelling at me for making him wait 4 minutes. Also they charge an online order fee and a delivery fee, and I gave the guy a tip online. I won’t be ordering from there again.

I can't give it a zero and still leave a review, so 1 star will have to do. The website they put their stuff on for ordering/delivery stated they delivered to my address. I ordered food for my 2 children (ages 2 and 3, not just greedy hungry teenagers), they called to inform me they wouldn't deliver my food. I looked at my account, money was taken out of my account, I told them this and the lady on the phone kept saying "no no no no, we no charge you!" I told her I was staring at my account, I was looking at the charge on my cards website, and she called me a liar, for, I don't know, a good 5 minutes. Then she hung up on me. I was unable to just go pick it up (someone blew through a stop sign and totaled my vehicle and I'm still waiting for the insurance to replace my car) so delivery was my only option, and now, until this money they "didn't take" is put back in my bank, I have no money for my kids lunch, as I spent the last of it to feed, or at least try, to feed them. Thanks everyone from Joy Food, for making 2 toddlers cry because they are hungry and I can't drive to a store, and even if I could, I have no money in my account now! Awesome!

A wonderful find. A tiny little place with cute decorations and a few tables for eat in. We got sesame chicken and cashew chicken both were fantastic and very reasonably priced. The amount of food was good, came with rice and an eggroll. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because the tables hadn't been cleaned and the bathroom door was dirty, even though the bathroom itself was quite clean. Overall a great experience with delicious food for take out or eat in!

The food was good always enjoy a crab legs and frog legs but customer service could be a lot better ..... the dining set up as well too many tables crammed together waitress act as if we were inconveniencing her that we wanted to move tables because it was uncomfortable ....the bathrooms were horrible there was feces on the stool and floor when staff was informed they were nonchalant about it the smell in the bathroom was intolerable for that I wont be back..... who wants to take hepatitis home not I
