Loved my experience working with this agency. Juan took the time to explain my coverages and what I was getting for a great price. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming! Def recommend to everyone to get their insurance needs here!

This insurance agency is completely disorganized.  First they issued two homeowners policies for the same address when there were obviously two separate properties.  Then they failed to inform me that "quarterly billing" meant no auto-payment on the credit card that I I left on file with them.  As a result, the homeowners policies lapsed.  The owner of this agency, Juan Portillo, refuses to give out his cell phone number or take responsibility for their mistakes.  DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
