This place is horrible and I would never recommend it to anyone. We got here with money ready before 12 to get a car that was towed on the same day. They will not send somebody up here to unlock the gate and get the car. We cant rush a tow truck to get here before 12 but we were here before 12 WITH THE MONEY for them. Of course it says in small lettering appointment only but we didnt know that coming here. All we knew was get there before 12 like they said to get the car and so we did thie he money in hand. The guy on the phone was rude as hell as well. Its a messed up situation but you would think a company would work with you when you have the money ready ON the day it got towed

Bunch of lying crooks. I was hit in oak forest and this crooked company was the first. They work with the police, so you know they're crooked. They wouldn't let me get my own tow. This happened 12/22, so they lied and said they were closed all weekend. Come to find out they were open Sat but the guy said they ain't be open til Monday. Bunch of crooks work here. They'll charge 4 arms and 4 legs for crap service. Do not take your business here, they are thieves!!! And do not let them tow your car.

Mark judge is a very rude and egotistical jerk ,I worked for Mark Judge for several months he has his son Ben working nd changing oil on cars and doing breaks and has no idea how or what he is doing in a shop he also does half ass repairs to customers cares using cheap part over priced as well ,if you get your car towed by Mark Judge or impounded he will make you pay cash only for impound fees which is illegal by the way also he carrying a gun on his hip like the lone ranger don't say anything to upset him or you will have a gun in your face short fussed man , also he has personal relationship with the chief of police of oak forest so don't bother filing a report it will get thrown away by police my review or suggestion is to stay far far away from judge automotive .......
