Very nice people, however very poor work! I spent almost $500 (including 2 new tire install) and still have the same problem I started with! The owner was very articulate in explaining how basically it wasnt their fault. And that the problem could be something else. I took my car to the guy who normally fixes my car (which is what i should have done art first!) and he knew right away what my problem was, while this place told me they had to RESEARCH THE PROBLEM😐. Now i have to repay for the same service!!! I feel like i was low key scammed, And wouldn't recommend this place unless you just wanna meet some nice people.

We have been taking our vehicles there for years. Linda and Steve are the nicest people. I trust them completely and have been very satisfied with everything that they have done! They have gone above and beyond for us over the years. We always recommend them.

After my local dealer told me I needed rear brakes and gave me a range of $400 - $800, I decided to go to Merlin's based on other reviews. They replaced my rear brakes and did the work quickly for a fair price. They seem to be very honest. They could have told me that my front pads needed to be replaced and I wouldn't have questioned them. However, they told me that I still had 40% life on those pads and didn't need to worry about them. They also did a complete inspection of the car and told me that nothing needed to be addressed. It was nice that they didn't try to sell unnecessary extra repairs. They called me with a price on the brakes, gave me a discount on the job and did the work that afternoon. On top of all of this, they're a family run business and nice people. I'll definitely use them again.
