The staff does not follow-through nor have a complete understanding of their products and services. Very unwilling to share the actual cost. I went in to get a new phone, was informed I would be better served opening a business account which I am self-employed. Took lots of time, never had follow-up calls turns out they claim because I am an individual in the system they cannot honor my business owner status because I use my ss number versus a Tax ID, for slef proprietors that would be the case. If I were a new customer they would do it - I am penalized because I have a personal account with that number. They were the ones who suggested the process and then were unable to follow through. The worse part is after being a customer for 14 years the young, arrogant, women made it sound like she was doing me a favor - goodby sprint, who needs you. Very unfortunate.

Today I visited this store with a hope that someone can help me to solve my problem. And i should say this store is the best in the meaning of customer service among all other Sprint stores that i have ever visited. Especially, store's manager assistant Jennifer Chan was very helpful. She easily understood my situation and wants. Therefore, she was able to provide customer service in a high and unexpected level. Thank you for that ☺

I went there to get more information about Uber driver offer but the representative had no idea what i am talking about and did not even try to get information with other employees. Poor service.

Liars and cheaters. I'm taking them to small claims. Anyone care to join me? They gave my son a speaker and a tablet, claiming that they were "free", actually they were quite overpriced when the bill arrived. My son got an phone upgrade, but they gave him a additional line. So I paid for 2 lines for 1 phone for over a year. $156 a month. If you ask the store to help you, they tell you to call corporate and if you call corporate they tell you to call the store. Switched to Verizon where we now have no problems.

Horrible! The salesmen Kylon dishonest, whatever you said and promise on the price quote paper is totally different what you sign on tablet, lie after lie keep you stay on return period,  so he can get the commission from your account, after the return period, can't do anything about it,. end up paid lot more on the monthly bill and get out from Sprint. 
If you decide to there, prepared to walk away with disappointed and remorseful.
