Jaime was very helpful! He was knowledgeable and patient. I shopped 3 other locations after my first visit in Westlake. It seemed like other locations were slower for some reason. I was surprised bc Westlake was a little busier where one person services 2-3 customers at a time. The service was more attentive and friendly at Westlake. Jaime specifically helped us both times and after a week between visits, he remembered my name and treated me like a friend. He was able to give me the best deal possible for a top of the line bed Sterns and Foster. Great service and would highly recommend you ask for Jaime if your thinking of getting a new bed. He made it super easy and I never felt pressured. Thanks Jaime.

Such a great store! The sales people here are so helpful and so able to work with in my budget and get me an awesome mattress and frame and delivery! So easy!! Jamie and Greg were so helpful and nice, I loved their service and the time the gave to me!

As soon as I walked in, I instantly felt like a VIP. The savage cat, Jamie told his customer to wait a few minutes so he could come assist me. Talked to me about my likes and dislikes for a minute or so, pointed me to a few beds and went right back to finishing his conversation with his primary customer. During the next 15 minutes or so I tried out a few beds in different positions. But there was only one, single bed, that caught my attention. The bed I deserved but didn't need. The bed that took every ounce of my willpower to move from. The bed that cuddled me like a children's teddy bear. The bed that fell in love with me. My baby. Little did I know, Jamie was already way ahead of me. As soon as Jamie was done, he already had concluded what bed he recommended for me. AND GUESS WHAT BED THAT WAS?! MY BABY. Jamie had me try out my baby in every position in all directions, to make sure she was right for me. After he saw how much we loved each other, he made it his duty to make sure that we stayed together. Before I made the final decision, I even called another local mattress sales company. The price was significantly higher than the package that Jamie and I had agreed upon. I am forever sold on Sleep train mattresses, and everybody who works within them. I owe Jamie my back and my life for helping me find my one true love. Jamie is also a Jedi. Jamie is my hero. He is also one heck of a salesperson. I just want to make sure that everybody reading this review knows that Jamie is THE man. Daly City ,CA, Sleeptrain. Westlake shopping Center. The best Sleep train there is. Don't live your life with so many wrongs like I was living before. Make the right Choice. Save your neck, save your back, and save your life. Go to Sleep train and ask for Jamie. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Great staff made it fast and easy for my wife and I to find what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this store for your bedding needs.

Jaime and his staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They took time and were really patient, all with good humor and fantastic customer service.
