Juliana and Yamina helped us buy a single family home in Santa Clara in one week after we meet first time. They did great job to prepare attractive offer and had timely followup with sale agent during offer accepting time. They explained us nicely about home buying process, strategies and the closing process and schedule. Juliana helped my wife and I sell our old home and buy our forever home!

We had been looking on and off for four years before meeting Juliana, Sharon, and the rest of Juliana’s team. We had put offers in on a number of houses during that time, but always lost. We were referred to Juliana by our loan officer, and decided to give her a shot. In less than two weeks of working with her and Sharon, we found a house we loved, placed an offer, and got our forever home!

Sharon was wonderful to work with. She was genuine and honest, and it was clear she was working to get us a home we loved – not just to make a sale. She gave her straight opinion on each property that we looked at, and she told us everything we needed to know to make our strongest offer on the property that we chose. When our offer was accepted, Sharon was almost as excited as we were!

Selling our home with Juliana was similarly a great experience. We were impressed with her depth of knowledge, and that she knew everything we needed to do to make our house look its best and get the highest number of offers. In the end, we got numerous offers and got more for our house than we ever thought possible.

One common attribute of both Juliana’s buying and selling teams is that they are superbly communicative. Not only were they always available to answer questions, but they were proactive in communicating with us when needed. You will never feel ignored working with Juliana.

I need a quick sale of my house. Worked with Juliana from Thanksgiving day when she promised a sale before year end. The deal was closed yesterday 12/13, with a great price. Super high quality work!

Juliana and Yamina helped us buy a single family home in Sunnyvale. They did great job and we are very happy everything was handled so smoothly. They are very responsive, reliable, hard working and take good care of clients. We also visited her in her office and found her team very professional. She explained us nicely about home buying process and strategies. We highly recommend them as great real estate Agents!

You can depend on Juliana to take the extra mile for you whether seller or buyer. Juliana represented me as a seller. Her knowledge and expertise came through 100% - less than 20 days from MLS listing to close of escrow!  I had full confidence in her guidance and professionalism. I highly recommend her services in a highly competitive field.
