Midtown Realty has been amazingly accountable, reliable and full of integrity regarding all aspects of the property management experience, during the three years we have worked together. 

Tim, Rosemary and Joann make for a very powerful team of Property Managers. I first hired Midtown to manage one of our family properties three years ago. The tenants occupying the first unit I had Midtown manage presented some very challenging issues. Tim, Rosemary and Joann went above and beyond in guiding us through a very difficult tenancy. The team was available 24/7 to answer questions, attend necessary meetings with us, and do all necessary research and networking to solve our tenancy issues in a manner favorable to all parties, including both landlords and tenants. 

Our family has a long history of maintaining rental units at a very high level of care and satisfaction for our tenants. We pride ourselves in making certain our tenants needs are attended to quickly and professionally. 

When we asked Midtown to take over the management of our property, we conveyed the critical importance of maintaining our family tradition to provide full satisfaction to our tenants. 

Midtown has lived up to our expectations and more. Midtown now manages not one, but three of the family properties. 

We have expanded our relationship with Midtown based on their high standards. We would proudly recommend Midtown Realty to anyone looking for a wonderful team of Property Managers. In fact, we have sent other clients Midtown's way based on the positive experience we have had.

I own a rental home in Palo Alto and Rosemary Prince manages the property.  From day one, she has been very professional with the tenants and myself the owner.  When issues of maintenance or rental payment emerged (which they always do) Rosemary has been proactive, clear and courteous.  Furthermore, she has some of the best connections of handymen to do the job right.  I sleep better at night knowing that she watches over my home and would strongly recommend her.

I worked with Midtown Realty when I was looking to rent out my home in Palo Alto. I found Midtown Realty online and reached out to their management office. Rosemary Prince was in charge of my account and was helpful in finiding great tenants to lease the space. 
One thing I really appreciated, that stood out about Rosemary was that she was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and returned calls/emails extremely quickly. 
Rosemary was super organized which made the process so much easier. She was super easy to work with and I already recommended her to two of my friends who are looking to
rent out properties similar to mine in Palo Alto.

If you need assistance, reach  straight out to Tim Foy. Property Manager Rosemary Prince is not very helpful.

Tim Foy and the Midtown Realty staff found a terrific renter for our house in Menlo Park. When we were ready to sell the house, Midtown Realty handled the whole process for us very efficiently. They are great to work with!
