I’ve taken my son here a few times he likes to play here and I considered having his second birthday here. When I went to book the party I was mislead and told incorrect information. When I went to cancel the party they tried to withold my money even though they have a full refund policy if you cancel 72 hours in advance. Booked my sons party at Jump Street and I’m saving $80!! Don’t waste your money here. Not worth it. Staff is terrible

I've known about this place for awhile abd finally checked it out.  The biggest plus was incredibly friendly front desk person. I seriously don't know the last time I encountered someone so outgoing and friendly.  She made us feel welcome and even talked to my kids. We only encountered one other worker, and he was very friendly too. The cafe was great for an after jumping snack.  Thanks for the great time.

My family had a good time here.  Visited from 10am to 12pm on a Sunday.  It was not crowded. I have been here in the past and it seems like they are making improvements.  The trampolones are large and feel like they are in good condition. The men's room was large and clean.  The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the price.  My 2 (under 7) boys and I cost nearly $50.  Mom did not jump.  That makes it a little tough to come very often.  I went to a very similar place in Lubbock recently during "toddler time" and paid like $18 for the three of us.

My kids and I had a great time . We paid for are hour and we didn't have to keep track of time, they even gave us a extra 20 min cause they round of the time line. They keep it clean and are very nice ... Not only was it fun but when we got home my wife and I got quit time cause the kiddos took a nap.

Was invited for a bday party. Had fun jumping with the kiddos!! It was pretty full and crouded but even so we had space to move and jump around. They do have employees making sure everyone follows the rules. And I liked that they have age appropriate jumping spaces.
