I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of customer service that  Tony  Robertson showed me. He made the process very easy and fast! Jupiter Chevy was also very open to negotiation and giving me the best price they could. I was able to find a diamond in the rough with the vehicle I purchased. I was hit by another vehicle and took my Tahoe to get fixed there. They replaced my bumper, but threw out my spare tire lock. They refused to replace it and basically laughed me out of the shop when I called them on it. (Sexist much?) 

Then my husband and I went to trade in the Tahoe at the dealership over a year later. The salesman, Jose, basically refused to give us our car keys back for over an hour "showing us cars" when we said we just wanted go leave. And when they went to inspect it, it came back with a small inside piece of the trunk door missing, like they had slammed the door so hard it broke. It's on their pictures when we first got there. Ridiculous. Pathetic. 

They break cars just to lower the value and make you get another one.

I recently purchased a used truck from Jupiter Chevrolet, overall the experience was outstanding.  Open to negotiation and no use of over-the-top or pressure tactics like many dealerships employ.  I worked with Mathew Loomis, he was upfront, honest, and very professional.  I highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a new or new to you vehicle.

I love Jupiter Chevrolet. These are some of the most friendliest and professional people I have ever met on multiple occasions at the service center. Mr Harold Clemmons is the Assistant Service Manager. He’s fair and just. Any problems with my vehicle, he’s the first one to call. He will find a solution that benefits you. I want to say thank you. A smile and firm handshake as well as “Happy Holiday” being walked out the door by Mr  Clemmons will ensure I return to Jupiter Chevrolet for any automotive needs and or advice on my vehicle.

They barely get 1 star in my opinion.I went to get my car serviced for a transmission seal replacement. I called to made a appointment and they tell me they would be able to check it in 3days so I waited and when I went they told me that I had called/made a appointment for a appointment to get it checked in 3weeks even though I had the extended warranty i would have to pay out of pocket to check it and get refunded...cool right but I would have to pay for the rental car until they check my car and then they would cover it from then on. Bad at receiving customers and have a bad attitude.
