This is my Massey Cadillac dealership and the only one I go to for my car needs. Everyone is so friendly, personal and inviting when I'm there waiting while my car is being serviced. Michael Davis is and always had been my one and only service tech that I rely on to take good care of my car. He goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm satisfied. Michael even looks into possible up coming events so I can help maintain the life cycle of my Cadillac. Please let Michael know how much he is appreciated!!! Thank you Michael!!!!

Being taking my cadillac to Massey since 2011. I always have great service and the advisers are very friendly. They take good care of the customers and keep me updated on my vehicle status. Keep up the good Massey Cadillac

I brought my vehicle in for a oil change and noticed I was missing my passenger front floor mat. I thought no big deal, maybe when they vacuumed my vehicle they forgot to put it back. When I called I spoke to Don and he was nice and professional. He said he'll look for it and check with the person who cleaned my vehicle. So it took two days to get no where because he called and said he wasn't able to locate it and the person that cleaned my vehicle didn't see it. What got me was when he said his hands tied at this point because they don't remove mats from the vehicle. So now im pissed because now I feel like my mat was stolen instead of a mistake not putting it back. He told me that i need to speak with management. So im still waiting for management to return my call, which I left a voice message earlier today.

I would like to update my review:

I was able to get this matter resolved almost a month later. It took me having to go in to the location because the service manager decided to ignore my calls and voice messages. I felt it was unprofessional for him not to reach out to me. Thanks to James the sales manager and Don for getting  this resolved. It was a simple fix and should've happened much sooner by the service manager. Don't think I'll be going back because it put a bad taste in my mouth.

Came in with money ready to go to purchase an ATS-V but they wanted to inflate the price with their ‘dealer add-on’s’ that they say every car gets (extra gap insurance and paint and interior protection coating). I rejected those add-ons and they said they cannot be removed, I had to take them whether I wanted them or not. Deal breaker, they lost a sale of a high end V for being greedy. No thanks. Purchased my V from another dealer.

Response to dealer: Being the 'Last ATS-V in the area' does not matter to me, because I drove 550 miles to get one. You can keep that one as it seems special to you. I took delivery yesterday of a beautiful Red Obsession ATS-V Coupe, no need to reach out to you.
