Great Customer service.  Walked in for a 2nd time with a watch purchased elsewhere for repair.  Both times when the repair was complete and myself asking how much I owe, the person behind the counter said “no charge”!
  This is whats been missing in business over the last 20 yrs.  building reputation, or in this instance,  living up to reputation.  
  I’ll recommend this locally owned and operated business to anyone and everyone I know.  Congrats to the owner and the staff!

I went in for a cleaning and adjustments to a few rings. The lady was realistic about the price to fix my cheapo ring and fixed my other two rings (reshaped) and cleaned them free of charge! I was very impressed!
