I recently decided to buy a new charm and all I had was a photo to go by so I contacted the best sales person at Provident Jewelry Miss Janie and it took her about an hour to locate it and she had it the very next day for me. This time I decided to trade a piece so I was put in touch with Seth and he gave me a beyond fair offer for my item and we did a trade. I cannot say enough good things about Provident Jewelry Jupiter. Janie is simply the best and I refuse to deal with anybody else. Even though I no longer live down in Jupiter. They are the best!!

When I decided to purchase an engagement ring, I initially started my search at the "top named" stores. I could barely stand being in there and conversing with the used car salesman-like employees while gathering data points on price and narrowing down styles of settings. Then I went to all of the top rated smaller local jewlers and what a difference! Something about the wonderful employee Julie at Provident Jewelry as well as a particular setting they had just felt right. There was no pressure and she was extremely helpful in finding the perfect diamond (of course I tried to find one in the online stores in parallel thinking it would be cheaper and more variety). I told her my criteria for the diamond and when it showed up I realized I had been outdone and it was perfect. If you're in the market for a ring, I recommend you start your search at the "top named" stores and end your search at Provident Jewelry with Julie just so you can have the appreciation for the experience. Look no further than the amazing customer service at the Jupiter location.  The staff are fantastic and after I purchased a Breitling watch with a great price, I will always be a loyal customer.  

After my watch needed repair, Provident took it upon themselves to send my watch to Breitling have it repaired and returned to me at zero cost to me. 

Very happy customer.

Julie is amazing and works with you to make sure what you are looking for you are going to enjoy wearing for years to come.  The pricing is very fair and the jewelry quality is great!  A forever client!!

Buying an engagement ring can be very intimidating, especially when you're shopping on a budget. When I first walked into the Jupiter Provident Jewelry I felt out of place then I met Janie.  She was so incredible, walking me through the process and made me feel right at home. She Made the experience about me and my fiancés happiness not about the sale. The experience was so great that we came back for both of our wedding bands.  It was such a better experience Than the big box jewelry stores, I shopped around at them all, nothing but pushy salesmen. At the end of it all we got three great rings for great prices, go see Janie you won't regret it!
