I have never had a piece of jewelry made for anyone and I had a pendant made for my boyfriend to match a Sentimental ring that he had. The staff that are each Jewelers was so attentive and so passionate and into what they were creating, and let me look at the peace as they went along to get my approval I am 100% satisfied and will recommend RH Jewelers to anyone looking for some family-owned intimate attention and careful honoring of details. My ring was customized and I can't tell you how happy I am with it.. 12 years later.. I look down at my hand and think I'm so happy my husband found such a great jeweler! Very impressive work.

They took such good care of me. I know how difficult  it can be to trust dropping off your precious jewels with a jeweler  you have not known before. I was made to feel especially comfortable. Andy, Bert and the team walked me through exactly what they would do and made recommendations for a last-minute adjustment to my wedding ring. I can’t thank them enough and I can’t recommend them enough. Finding a trustworthy jeweler is a rarity these days. I will be back!

I had a great experience with RH Jewelry! Andy was professional, fast, and fair- which are 3 of my favorite things about great businesses. I will absolutely be using them again for repairs that may come up! :)

We initially found RH Jewelry as one of the few mom and pop jewelry stores left in Palm Beach County. We have been there probably 5 or 6 times for minor watch and jewelry repair. Every time they pleasantly and helpfully performed the repair and they did not even charge us. I was starting to feel guilty about not paying them for their help. On my last visit (yesterday 30 Sept) I insisted on paying them for a watch repair. I feel better now that they have been compensated to a degree. I highly recommend this father and son operation. They are very skillful and helpful.
