This post office used to be closer to my home, they just relocated this year(Aug/2017). I still choose to drive to thier new location because of the great customer service. Because of the nicer area p.o. boxes are able to stay open 24 hours. Overall not a long wait and the staff do try there best to help me with any questions I have.

I came today at 2:30 and they are closed! They have it posted everywhere that they close at 3pm on saturdays and there were employees in the back but chose to ignore me calling for assistance. I will be contacting the postal master about this matter.

Most horrible lady at the counter. If I could give -5 stars I would to this lady. My six year old daughter was looking at a card and opened it, just one, and this African American lady started screaming at her saying " you can look at them but don't take them out". She said this easily about fifteen times, I didn't want to confront her because It would've been ugly so I ended up telling her that I would handle it. My daughter wasn't doing anything wrong, but she is on steroids which is part of her treatment to beat cancer , and whenever she takes this medicine is hard for her to control her feelings and actions. It was so unfair for this lady to judge my daughter and me, honestly if you hate your job and basically your life don't take it out on kids. Specially if she didn't know my daughters special situation. Because of ladies like this is the reason why I'm loosing faith in society, what a crappy day 😡 However the other lady that was helping was nice, and even gave excuses for the other woman.

Have not had bad experiences... I am usually in and out. Staff are professional and get things done which is always good... even though one of the staff's usually NEVER smiles... wouldn't hurt to see some whites...
