I wanted to leave a positive review as this post office has been wonderful. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me find the cheapest option and get my items out same day even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing and wasn't quite done with everything until after the last pick up time. Plus they are open until 530, which is the latest of any post office around. I will definitely use them for all my USPS needs.

In my experience with this post office, it was good. So far. Package that was delayed an extra 4 days finally arrived today after a mess of transportation. Looked online and saw that item was not scanned as ''Delivered'' on the site I ordered it on. Not that big of a deal but would be great to know if an item was delivered or not so its not sitting at the porch all day with the possibility of being stolen. I watch over my pending packages like a hawk. Especially expensive ones. Automated customer service number should be improved upon. Its hard to get specific information you need and it would be better for me to actually talk to someone at the office rather than an auto message.

This USPS is very unproductive and they claim no responsibility for their mistakes. They only attempted to deliver my priority mail package once, and marked my package to be sent back to the sender. They left a note on my front door saying my package may be picked up after 8:30am 6/27, and when I went to pick it up, they couldn't locate my package. I went later during the day to check in again, and the same worker looked for it again, and finally told me that the item had been sent back to the sender. USE UPS OR FEDEX because USPS is completely unreliable.

Anytime I order a package and it goes through USPS, it’s never delivered on time. You can call this location several times and they never pick up. Many of my packages have gone mising and most days, I don’t receive my mail. I do not like this location whatsoever. They are lazy, they never take responsibility, and they are rarely helpful.

50% of my coming mails are "Missing mails". On the ither hand, I receive more than 10 mails/ week for other different addresses, some if them are cheques and important mails.
