NO STAR! RUDE, arrogant female employee.  This company schedules service calls at THEIR convenience when they are 'in your area’--without regard to customer needs.  Appliance service man arrived in a compact vehicle--no truck or parts on board so another appointment needed to be made.  Service person said he'd bring additional parts to 'be sure' that another part of the appliance could also be fixed if damaged, and assured my next appointment would get top priority.  A call back from me to find out the status of the ordered parts and appointment, and the rude employee informed me that those additional parts would not be brought and wanted to schedule my appointment 12 days after first visit--when they are in my area.  (Rude female had previously said I would get called back about the status of my ordered part and next appointment.  I had to call back after waiting two days for JV Contracting to call me back.) When I questioned her about not calling me back and all the other things that were now not going to be done, I was told ‘we have 200 customers”.  I said I didn’t care how many customers they had and then said-- well I can talk to the manager or owner and find out why things were promised and are not being done-- rude female said "You can talk to the manager or owner but you're not going to get smart with me." I called the store where I purchased the appliance to file a complaint--they immediately decided to replace my appliance and volunteered to call this company for me to cancel my service order. I have owned several businesses. I assure you that female would be fired pronto, and our customers' needs always came first.

Stay away. Rude employee. After 3 tries of coming to.my home still couldn't fix it 
 Accused me of intentionally breaking my dishwasher. What a joke. Very unprofessional
