They Came from Farmington, Mo as a Commercial Development Company to Build an O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. They contracted out several small local businesses here in town... And skipped out on the bills. They owe MEI over 30K... I did some research on them... They are con artists. They do this all over the country. Their address on Google Street view is suspicious and they continually post about new developments in progress while leaving a trail of debts behind. They erase any comment regarding incompetence on their Facebook  page to mislead. I even got on their Instagram, the "CEO" Matt Burgess sells cheap coffee mugs as a side hustle... Then you see them taking luxurious vacations, they reek of embezzling, overspending and addiction to fancy lifestyle they can't afford... Don't do business with them.

Our excavating business did a project in Ottawa, IL for MLC in February 2017. We have yet to get paid on this project. We kept getting the run around from their then Senior Project Manager (Zach Govreau) he as since left MLC with zero communication with us. We were told that from their accounting department (Casey) that the project was put on hold because of non payment from the land owner. I did some research, contacted the real estate firm that owns the said property, and that MLC had in fact been paid on this project. I have sent multiple emails to Casey and Matt Burgess (CEO) with zero response. I have tried contacting everyone within their office with zero response or a returned phone call. Please save yourself the trouble and steer clear from these con artists. This a horribly dishonest, unprofessional, untrusting group.

MLC deletes and blocks anyone on Facebook that leaves any negative comments on their page. They owe multiple small businesses in Mattoon, IL thousands upon thousands of dollars and will not respond to any form of contact from said businesses. Do NOT trust this company! #supportsmallbusinesses

This company owes lots of company and businesses in Mattoon illinois for work that was completed at the o Reily auto parts store here in town.. STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Unethical and dishonest company to say the least. They subcontracted several companies from our area to work on a building they were PAID to construct. The work was completed last fall and they still haven't paid many of the contractors, still owing them tens of thousands of dollars. Anyone looking to work for this company may want to rethink it.
