Everything was perfect! The staff were incredible at making sure you are taken care of and enjoying yourself. The food was delicious. Our room was beautiful , we enjoyed our balcony. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved our time at the Revive Spa. The outdoor areas were awesome, the Pool area is a must to check out!This was by far the best hotel experience weve had.

Beautiful hotel! The lazy river is such a fun treat. Relaxing and very well taken care of. The grounds overall are just lovely. Ordered room service and had a delicious meal in the comfort of our very nice room. Clean and super comfortable. My only complaint: had to wait a LONG time at the front desk to check in. It was hard to tell exactly where I should be standing to be helped next and was passed over a few times by other guests.

Everything was really good. Room was well appointed and well kept and clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful location. Meeting spaces were pretty good. Only problem was projectors has poor color accuracy making the photos in presentations look odd. The large group food service was good with plenty of choices and good quality. They kept everything stocked well and overall a comfortable environment. Would stay again.

This is a very beautiful hotel with an amazing pool area and views from every room. It's a huge hotel so hopefully your room isn't far from an elevator. Also don't get the buffet breakfast, I know it sounds like a good idea, but it's a lot of money for a very unwhelming spread. It's way better to just order from the kitchen. The bar has a lot of good appetizers and a good place to stop before you go out. It's a bit far from Scottsdale but if you're looking to get away then this is a hotel for you. The staff is also very nice and helpful. They have new racquetball courts that seem very fun. Wasn't able to check it out but looks like a great afternoon activity.

Elegant place. Great for conference facility. Large TV's and great sound system means you can see and hear every presenter. Comfortable chairs and tables. Very high level of coffee and tea service and lunch was delicious and done with friendly efficiency. Very impressive indeed.
