Beautiful five star resort. Top notch service, with lots of friendly, helpful staff. Great drinks and fresh, well made food. Very clean. The grounds are beautifully laid out with lots of little extras, like large open fireplaces at night, mesquite charcoal burners, water fountains, and plants. The resort is also very well built and maintained; the pools, rooms, grounds, spa, and restaurants all have high quality construction. We've stayed at a bunch of South American resorts, and while beautiful, they've always been cheaply built (stuff broken in the room, shoddy furniture, doors drag on the ground etc). This place had been built to last, with attention to detail, and it makes the stay extra enjoyable.

Our family visited Four Seasons Resort for Cookies with Clause family event. The lobby had a great tree, staff and other guests were very friendly. The event was well planned out and enjoyable for the entire family. We made ornaments, decorated cookies and made cookies. The resort is always a great place to take a seat or walk around and enjoy some quiet time with great views of the valley.

Special Birthday celebration in the private room. Food was delicious from start to finish and service staff were helpful. Wonderful evening.

Both restaurants full. Bar food took 45 minutes. Missed food in order. Spa booked for day and a half. Can’t even get a car to eat out for 40 minutes to get dinner. Chips are great.

Sunset overlooking the Valley and Pinnacle Peak was spectacular. Go for happy hour at the patio bar. The house chips are more addictive than the "O" word.
