My experience at K African braid salon was a Very pleasant one! From the time I walked in trying to decide which hairstyle I wanted, which colors i wanted, to the Very friendly, super cool employees that i could be myself around made my stay there a comfortable one! Thank y'all ladies I'm/Everyone loves my braids and ill Definitely be back!!!

I got my hair done the other day. The women are very friendly. They worked very fast. Overall, their service was nice, and my braids are nice. However, I am not happy with the way my parts were done. I asked for box braids, but I did not receive box braids. That is not the issue. After looking at my hair before leaving the salon, I was fine with that because from what I could see, they were done nicely. My main issue is that, after looking at the back of my head later on, I have noticed that my parts are not the same size whatsoever. In the front of my head, I have small parts. At the back of my head, the parts are maybe twice the size and not even a consistent shape as the front is. For the price that I paid ($180), my parts should have been done the same size and the same shape.

I just love my braids!!! K Braids has EXCELLENT customer service and are very  reasonable with prices.

They are very welcoming and quick. Did my box braids in 3 1/2 hours and I absolutely love my hair. I will definitely be going there from now on!

Ms. K I thank you for taking care of the problem. But I will never go back to your shop. Some of your workers are very unprofessional and I try to stay professional at all time, but dealing  with some of your workers / customer  I will be in jail. Not w if anyone would like to deal with people like that well it's the right place for you. But take it from me take your business somewhere else. ✌🏾
