I took him 2 small claims court today. The owner name is Jim young Park. These people are Frauds and they wont even let you exchange the hair 5 mins after you brought it. I just have to take it as a lost. I will never buy hair from this fool again.  BEWARE OF LUX HAIR MY HAIR START SHEDDING WHEN I GOT IN MY CAR TO RUB MY  HAND THROUGH IT. THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO TOUCH THE HAIR IN THE STORE. NEVER BUY FROM A PLACE THAT WILL NOT BACK THEIR  PRODUCT UP. IM GOING TO START POSTING POSTERS AROUND CLAYTON COUNTY ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE BUISNESS!!!!

The hair is really soft, it doesnt shed, and it takes did reeeally good.

😡😡😡Horrible hair seemed Ok in store got it home sewed it in and it matted up started shedding like crazy and felt like animal hair. called the store on Mt.zion and she stated "we don't have a return policy " I can offer you a discount on your next purchase " please be aware do not buy  I just wasted $145.00 down the drain on  Bad quality ocean wave fake Brazilian hair 😡

Wish I could give less than 1 star. The lady wouldn't even let me in to purchase hair. They closed at 7, I got to door at 6:50...horrible.... They just lost a customer.

I just went in and got some hair. Iya her customer service suck I had to help myself. She to busy on her phone .i hope this is some good hair. I should have read the reviews before I brought it. It haven't been a week the hair is matted
