Nail polish didn't last more then 3 days! French manicure looked a mess...so disappointed! Atmosphere is Awesome and so is the foot massage!

Probably the WORST experience ever with my nails!! I went here to get a full set for a wedding I was in. They are over priced and did not talk to me the whole time. The design I wanted was very simple, just a few lines. It looked horrible, choppy and not nice swift lines. I could have done it myself and it would have looked better. Then they started to lift and chip 3 days in. The first day I could go back was a week after I got them done. I told them they needed to fix the ones that were lifted. I paid way too much for them to look like this. They told me I would have to pay for a refill!! There was nothing to refill on the others, just wanted the lifted ones fixed and the design redone! Will never go back!! Went down the street to someone else and gladly paid them for a refill to fix K&L's horrible job, they now have a customer for life!

SCAM ARTIST AT WORK!!!!!!!!  I went in to get my regular gel manicure which has always been the same price of $25.00.  When I went in yesterday they said we have some new gel colors "would you like to try one" I said "yes" and picked out a color.  While my nails were drying a girl I  have never seen before came over and started massaging my back.  Ok, time to leave and pay the bill.  She said "$50.00 please" and I said "WHAT" then she proceeds to say that the new polishes are $15.00 and the massage was $10.00.  WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!!!  I have been in business for over thirty years and have never seen anything like this.  Please beware!

I walked in with my daughter right before Christmas to try KL Nails for the first time. The two ladies who did our manicures were very unfriendly. I got a gel manicure, which was well done but my daughter's basic French manicure was really uneven - some were too wide and no top coat so it began chipping the next day. The lasting impression was how miserable the two manicurists were. That's enough to keep me from going back.

all produces for spa pedicure are organic ....  Amazing job! Quality acrylic! Huge color selection! Nail enhancements extremely adhesive compared to other salons! a clean environment!Nice people too
