These are genuinely good people. Very helpful and supportive of me and my military family. Very upfront and forward about their vehicles. They let me know before hand everything about my truck and worked with me every step of the way from credit to insurance to warranty. Craig stayed there late and got there early to make sure I got the truck I wanted in time. 

I really can not recommend them enough. Talk to Craig, he will not lead you astray.

This place does not stand by their cars. I just purchased a Lexus RX300. Took it for a test drive, no engine light problems the only thing that concerned me was that when I drove it and came to a stop it felt like the brakes scrubbed real bad, at least that is how I could explain it. Only had a side mirror that was damaged which to me is minor. I was told this is a great running car. I told the salesperson about what I noticed on my test drive and he said he would have his mechanic look at it. I pulled my own car fax on the car it only had 1 owner and no wrecks. it is a 2000 Lexus RX300 with 161k miles, which is really good. I explained to the salesperson that I am just recently widowed with 2 children. I was laid off in 2016 for the 3rd time, and I had a great little Nissan sentra that I have had forever and it had 300k plus miles and then died. So getting back on my feet because I needed a reliable car to get back and forth from work and get my daughter back and forth. I wanted something safe because she will be a freshman this year in college and attending school in Salisbury. Oh this salesman went on and on about this car and I was even looking at the lot beside them and he was like, "you don't want to get a car from them, they sell cars with issues". So making a long story short. He told me his mechanic said the brakes were fine on the car, which they are, but after my trip to open house in Salisbury my car breaks down. that was on the 21st of  April. Just purchased the car 2 weeks prior. A little upsetting. Called them and he called me back which was reassuring. Luckily I had tow coverage because that was not offered or to reimburse me for it. Never got the call to where to tow it or when. So took it to Bestway automotive service center. Was informed that my transmission is flaring, exhaust has a leak and rusted along with the suspension and that is what is causing the scrubbing sound when coming to a stop. I explained that I had mentioned that to the place I bought it from and they had their mechanic look at it. Was informed if he had put it up and looked at it, he would have know right away what it was. Now they are being really nasty about fixing this problem and not sympathetic to me at all. When I requested that they fix it, they stated will help me with the cost of the repairs. Wow, haven't even had the car 30 days. They did offer to fix my sunroof though. When I test drove it, the sunroof worked fine, picked it up, wouldn't open at all. I guess that was my sign. I was just thinking little things to fix. I used all of my savings to buy this car along with a small loan from credit union so I could pay off by the end of year. I had two children in college and trying to budget and keep things going. When he was like "What do you want me to do?" I stated, Give me my money back. You can keep the tax and tag money. That was out of the question. This place is terrible and I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this lot!!!! They do not stand by their product.
