I recently bought a new 2018 truck and my salesman was Mr. Woody Hayes.  He was wonderful.  I had a mess to deal with having  a car and a truck to trade.  He was very patient with me even though it took pretty much all day.  I am a single mom and had to leave and go to the bank , sit in the school line to get my children , and deal with getting my second vehicle to the dealership.  Mr. Woody explained in detail the working of the new truck and all the features involved.  He even made sure I put his contact number in my phone so if I needed ANYTHiNG.  The finance manager and service guys were so nice and helpful.  I am very happy with my new truck and the service and respect I was shown at Burns Chevrolet.  Thank you so much WOODY!

If you want the easiest and most seamless car buying experience, go see Freddi Smalls at Burns Chevrolet in Rock Hill! She was the best person to work with. She respected the fact that I have kids and a full time job and that I didn't have time to sit around. She worked with me over multiple days via text and phone to help find exactly what I was looking for. She is fun, hard working and has no interest in getting you in a car just to make a sale. Go see Freddi, walk in and ask for her, you won't be disappointed.

My experience at Burns was and is top notch! I've been a Ford guy for a very long time however, after finding a truck I liked I was sold on Burns after meeting and dealing with William Caldwell. William walked me through the sales process and between him and the staff, gave me a price on the new truck that I just couldn't refuse. I'm sure that I will in the future be as valued to them as they are to me. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with them. I highly recommend Burns Chevrolet to any and all.

I would like to thank Miguel Ortiz, for a great experience at Burns Chevrolet. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he is selling and very friendly. Miguel went the extra mile for my wife and me making us feel great about our purchase, answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend him and my new Burns family for a New or Used buying vehicle experience.

Miguel made my son and me feel very comfortable when I wasn't sure of walking out with a vehicle. He walked me through operating the systems and was extremely knowledgeable. I would come back to him as well as highly recommend him to s others to come see him. It was a delightful feeling of not being pressured. Thank you, Miguel
