We recently bought a 2018 Traverse from Burns Chevy in Rock Hill.  We worked with both Tony Mitchell and Freddie Smalls.  Both were very knowledgeable about the car, helpful and friendly.  We never felt like we were pressured.  As Burns did not have the color we wanted, we found a great deal at another dealership an hour away.  Tony was very upfront and honest that Burns could not match the price and he told us what we should look for when we went to inspect the other traverse to make sure their were no hidden issues for the low price.  The other dealership ended up going back on their word on the price and when I called Tony, again he was extremely apologetic for our experience with the other dealership and helpful and  even found us the car in the color we wanted coming in sooner then expected. Due to a personal issue Tony set us up with Freddi Smalls to finalize the paper work and get our car.  She immediately reached out to us and kept us updated and got everything ready for us once the car was in.  We cant say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable Freddi was about the car and the whole trade in process.  She walked us through every aspect of the new features and made it feel very easy to use.  She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and has followed up with already 3X to make sure we were still happy with our purchase and did we have any more questions about all the new features of the car.  She was amazing!!!  Between Tony and Freddi, we would absolutely recommend Burns dealership and specifically both of them to our friends and family.  There is something to be said about loyalty to people who treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase, not many dealerships make you feel that way.

I made a well informed purchase with the help of Darren Moore. Darren was knowledgeable of the entire lineup of vehicles, patient when answering all my questions and was very considerate finding just the right car in my price range. I highly recommend Burns and ask for Darren Moore when you visit, you won't be disappointed. Overall Burns has done right by me and my family and that's why we have given them repeat business.

I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable upon walking up to the dealership. Miguel Ortiz was amazing at helping us find what we need at an affordable price. I got a follow-up email, as well as a phone call. They made the whole process of buying a car easy and less terrifying! I will go to them for all of my future vehicle needs!!! Burns is definitely the place to go!

The Staff are friendly, Selection is great!  If they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they will search high and low to find it!  Paperwork is a piece of cake.  Would definitely recommend Burns Chevrolet to anyone looking for great vehicles.  Our Salesman Barry Powers was great and was amazing through the whole process from just looking to reviewing our new vehicle with us to make sure we were comfortable with it.  Way to go Barry!  You were awesome!

Went in and Jim Good helped us. Was the easiest car buying process I've ever dealt with. Jim made sure we got the vehicle we. Great customer service. Will definitely go back when we need another vehicle!
