Not supposed to lift over 25 pounds. Can't get help from these people. I had really hoped that Food City would improve customer service when they took over. Not happening at this location. Shame I have to drive long distance for good friendly appreciative helpful service. Go see how it's done at shop rite. Great store!

Well, our Blairsville store is closing down...not at all surprised, Food City was a poor substitute for Bi-Lo from day 1, and everybody knew it, as attested by the customers disappearing after the changeover. Lower prices and more variety...NOT. Higher prices than Wal-Mart, and less selection and specialty items than Ingles..or even than the Bi-Lo it replaced, for that matter. How this chain is successful in any market area is beyond me, it certainly didn't do well in ours!

My Daddy works with Food City and he recently took me along on a trip to TN. I met an lot of super people and the kitchens and employee areas were all so clean...nothing like theses stores in Indiana.

I reasently bought a box of ice cream sundaes from food city they were so stale and had no nuts or chocalate on them i had to throw them away. This is why people. Stop shopping at certain stores . i thought kays icecream was supposed. To be good icecream

I think it is am ensuing when you ask me if I am an American or Spanish you need to change that or I Wil change my place to shop thanks from a American vet.
