Can't even get them to pick up the phone to answer questions. Bad for business. I'll find another gym that can.

These reviews are outdated. The current gym is very small with no MMA. It is best suited for experienced boxers or those willing to work very hard. 

This is no place for casuals expecting to be spoonfed. The trainers will not waste their time on out of shape or unmotivated people.

I went here before. its pretty good now they fixed up the place even have half a cage for their mma classes. Its worth going

I've been going to this gym for about 5 months now. I signed up for the semi-private boxing lessons to mainly lose some weight and to get in shape and absolutely love it. My trainer, Lennox, knows when to push me to my limits and when to ease up and give me a breather. He's such an easy going and funny guy, makes my time there even better, but is focused and constantly pushing me if i start slacking. They have all the equipment you need to get you in shape and improve your boxing skills. The gym's location is also a huge plus for me, being right next to the 7 train. Makes coming and going a breeze. Overall its a great place to work out. Give the place a try, you won't regret it. I sure don't =)
